Ms. Shaza Akhtar is a Cambridge University–Certified English Language Trainer (CELTA) and a qualified IELTS Instructor, holding a Master’s Degree in English and a B.Ed in English Education. With over 14 years of professional teaching experience in prominent international schools across India and the UAE, she specializes in English language mastery, communication skills, and performance training. She holds both a UAE Teaching License and a UAE Private Tutor License, reinforcing her stature as a trusted educator.

A TEDx Speaker and Curator, Ms. Shaza has coached young orators from ideation to stage presence—helping them deliver powerful speeches with clarity, purpose, and poise.

Her outstanding pedagogical excellence has earned her UAE Rank 1 in CENTA’s Teaching Professionals Olympiad 2018, along with the Big Idea Amazing Teacher Award—national recognitions that highlight her deep subject mastery and student-centric innovation.

Her teaching journey began with compassion—conducting free English communication classes at Urdu-medium orphanages while still a university student. That purpose-driven beginning has grown into a global mission. In 2018, she expanded her reach through Impromptu Academy, empowering learners across five different countries and unlocking opportunities for countless students to rise with confidence.
